Had an excellent driver who was friendly and very helpful. I had a delivery of gym equipment which weighed 650kg and was very large pallet. Driver was patient whilst I moved the car so he can off load. He also placed the pallet exactly in the location I wanted. Really good customer service and am very pleased with the whole experience

Swindon branch is a joke. Had goods delivered today. No phone call from driver but he claimed he did. Very rude and aggressive. Bulk bag of slates split and he moaned about it claiming not his problem. Justin Hyde from Swindon branch not any better than his driver. When emailed him photo of split bag with slates everywhere was told it's few odd bits and we're the one who were rude. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!
