At a very difficult time, I found the whole experience was made to seem so simple with the help of Paula and Danny, truly wonderful people. They helped me in every way possible and nothing was too much trouble. They made themselves available 24/7 and treated me like I was the only important person. They went above and beyond anything I expected. My star value is 5 because on the day of the funeral my whole family where congratulating me on how well I had done and that my Mum would be proud of me. I had to tell them that I could not have done it without the help of Paula and Danny. On behalf of my Mum and all my family, Thank You.

Paula, Danny and the team are amazing! This is (unfortunately) the third funeral they have directed for me. They are professional, kind, sympathetic and attentive. They were very aware and mindful of my family dynamics and acted accordingly to keep the peace. Paula is amazing at her role. She was aware of my emotions on the day and prior. She took time with all the little details and put our minds at ease about everything.
