We found everyone we dealt with at David Charles so open, honest and really driven to sell our house. In particular, we worked closely with Hiran, who treated us like his sole client. He gave us a really collaborative service, went with us and kept us in the loop and in charge, which I think is exactly what makes David Charles’ ethos stand out from the competition. We couldn’t fault the service we got from beginning to end and would recommend them again and again. People even commented when our DC sale sign first went up that we’d gone with the best in Pinner, and we found that to be true.

Excellent service throughout: realistic advice on price (not ‘optimistic’ to get business, then reducing, like some agents); well-presented and informative brochure and advertisements; thorough vetting of prospective buyers (to reduce no-hope viewings) with viewings accompanied by well briefed staff; timely and effective assistance in progressing sale when purchaser’s solicitor was being inefficient.
Hiran at David Charles introduced us to our new home. Very professional , thorough and hard-working individual who seemed genuinely passionate about his role in making sure all parties are happy whether it's the vendor or us the buyer and he did a fantastic job in a becoming a mediator between us. After our offer was accepted Warren took charge in supporting & guiding us through out the rest of the buying process, a very warm & friendly individual who assisted us at every stage where ever it was necessary. All in all, David Charles has a very professional & courteous team, I cannot recommend enough!
