absolutely fantastic service and great experience the gentleman couldn't of been more helpful went in with a key which was snapped in half he cut a key and allowed us to go home to see if it was right as it was a motorbike key it was great and went back and ordered another one we cannot thank him enough after the experience we had had at the Bishops court shop will highly recommend him to everyone we speak to thanks again

My husband wears his late fathers engraved watch which obviously has great sentimental value. We have gone to Timpsons in Broughty Ferry and Dundee for approximately 20 years as they are reliable, honest and friendly. Having moved to Daventry earlier this year we automatically turned to Timpsons for a new watch battery. We left the watch with Josh for the recommended 10 minutes and on returning my husband was handed the watch which was now badly scored from the back having been removed. There was no apology or admission of damage. I went back into the shop to get the assistants name and said he had damaged the watch - again no admission of guilt. I left disgusted. Timpsons used to employ good, honest people who excelled in customer care but unfortunately the Daventry shop is obviously the exception.
Repaired shoes at very short notice.
