I've never met a government agency that is so disorganized in my life nobody was wearing masks carpeting is filthy!! They send letters out to the general public who are getting their license plates changed for this so-called appointment but no one knew about disappointment and then if you went down to the bottom of the letter and small letters it said you needed to call them about this appointment that they send you reminders to show up to sounds like another winning Solution by the Department of Transportation in Iowa Scott County to be precise!! Show me kind of wonder where our tax dollars are going.

Busy but service is reasonably fast. I went on Saturday during their busy time and was able to get done in around 40 minutes. You can view the waiting area before you go using online cameras that are on their website. The waiting area is good. The location is hard to find as it is not visible from the street.

Clean, neat, well organized, and as quick as one could reasonably expect. Tucked behind the mall, go around to the north and east of the mall and down the back.
