It offers affordable Filipino "lechon" or roasted pig in varying sizes. They grow and feed their own hogs, so you don't have to worry looking for one to be prepared and roasted. How it is all prepared though can be a bit worrying because the butcher's area is not as sanitary or clean-looking as I have expected. Hopefully, this is but an observation, because despite of this nitpicking, their lechons are actually really delicous and well-seasoned, inside and out.
