I judge technology companies on 3 simple measures firstly responsiveness and that means within hrs not days. Ability to problem solve and to identify and rectify issues and finally likeability of the teams approch and people they employ. I have used many Tech companies and I am now very selective where I comission services from (country) and attitude. For me Data Connectivity Ltd tick all of my boxes!

I met David of Data Connectivity at the Ely Boost event and he has been so helpful sharing his knowledge in the context of a very small start-up business, having to think about IT, Office, Connectivity and Telephony.
We purchase our business internet service via DataConnectivity. They are always helpful, responsive - and go the extra mile (including out of hours support) if ever we have a problem. I'd be happy to recommend them to anyone considering their services.
Had a horrible run in with a member of staff who goes by the name Kyle Haupert, this individual was very rude to me when speaking to him and showed very little interest in providing support, overall i was highly disappointed in the way this company dealt with my response and i'd also like to file a complaint against Kyle for his ill manners and lack of respect for customers/clients, this about end my review as i have nothing good to say. 1/5 ain't even worth wasting your time people.
