Easy Access to almost anywhere, may it be malls (5 mins), the city hall (15mins), schools (5-15 mins), and the national hwy. one bad thing about it the pedestrian crossing along Governor's Dr., I think it is quite dangerous considering it is a 6 lane road with faded crosswalk paint topped with speeding trucks and car, it is seemingly dangerous to cross the road.
The place is quiet and nice if you're planning to have a house
It's pretty good to live here, but the one thing I don't like is the conflicts of new and old BODs.
Good place to live! No PLDT Internet!
