Don't buy nothing from this company as I have just bought a 39.99 vape from pyle with 28 day warranty or a 3 month manufactures warranty the unit I bought is only a week old and doesn't work taking it back to shop with the receipt and was told that I cannot have my money back even though I'm in my 28 days I wa told to leave the shop and don t ever come back wasn't even offered an exchange this is absolutely disgusting the way the staff spoke to me was disgusting I'm now in the process of dealing with trading standards y get answers I WIL WSRN YOU DO NOT BUY ANYTGING FROM HERE TGE BOSS SUPPOSEDLY HAS 10 STORES...
DON'T EVER BUY PRODUCTS OR VAPES OFF THIS COMPANY. THE BOSS MARCO IS NEVER IN THE SHOP AVAILABLE TO SPEAK TO. THE ATTITUDE ON THE STAFF IN THE PYLE STORE IS DISGUSTING AND ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP YOU AT ALL. THE STORE ISN'T EVEN RATEABLE. ABSOLUTE HOLE.
