Great shop with a wide range of products. Most of what I could not get in other hardware stores were readily available. I would highly recommend Wickes for most (if not all) building and plumbing materials.

Confused. I visited Wickes in Gravesend to purchase a bathroom sink unit. They had 6 in stock but all damaged by a paint spillage. One of their people tried to wipe the paint off by spitting on it and clearing it with his finger. Has he not learnt anything about hygiene??? Refused to buy. Had to go to Dartford to buy the item.
Didn't have anything I wanted, shelves were bare and when I did ask a member of staff for advice she never knew what the difference was between the products all she could say is that's a wickes product and that ones branded but they were two differently made products I wanted advice as which was the better one, which sadly she had no idea. If I could have given a minus five stars I would have been happier, will not waste my time going there again.
Nice big layout, friendly staff, stock levels have always been a bit low so best to use web to check stuck levels before you visit.
Handy if working in central Dartford but always gives the slight impression its seen better days.....
