Great service and very informative and polite.
I went into branch. Very professional staff. Dealt with me quickly. Even managed a wry nostalgic smile when I presented a cheque to pay in..... Please don’t close anytime soon. I drove from Welling (my branch closed a while back) I’m young but it’s still nice to do face-to-face, especially when depositing a cheque for a sizeable amount of money.
Rude, can never get through on the phone. Found member of staff to have a patronising manner I didn't appreciate by choice would not use at all
