Staff at amber ward were extremely rude and not helpful at all .sent my brother out with no care plan in place .no risk assessment was done.. and very little contact with family members in fact we were made to feel like a hindrance when we asked about his discharge from the hospital ..
Don't seem to care about the patient's.
