Just wanted to say how impressed I am with G&G. I ordered & paid for fencing online but needed to call them for advice. They were extremely helpful on the phone and said they would try to deliver my fencing my the end of the week. The next day when I arrived home, my fencing had been delivered all very neatly stacked by my garage. Excellent service . Would highly recommend these guys. Thank you

Product quality is ok and I have used them on a couple of occasions. However their customer service is shocking.. unfortunately this ranges from incorrect material delivered, terse verging on rude on the phone, to not having fencing ready when they have confirmed multiple times it is.. For the latter point, despite receiving a pick-up time via email, and calling them an hour in advance with confirmation it will be ready, I still arrived (after an hours drive) to the depot with no fencing made, and blank faces from all involved. Absolutely no one was working and after about 30 minutes of twiddling my thumbs I eventually heard it being made... and when the hour was up I was still delivered the wrong material! I understand people make mistakes but it is clear this company has in-house issues with communications and customer service as other reviews point out, for which they always seem very unapologetic and disinterested in . Unfortunately I won't use them again.

Unfortunately customer service was non existent, unhelpful and unfriendly staff when talking to them on the phone, was told to tell them 3 days prior to collection so that the fences would be ready on collection day, when we arrived to collect, the panels were not ready. My husband then had to wait for them to be cut, they didn't even have our size posts, so had to take longer ones. Things happen, I understand that, but a courtsey call would of been nice if products were not ready or were different sizes to that ordered.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Really useless and unprofessional service. Customer service score 0. Was made to feel like they were doing me a favour even though I am the one seeking to use their service. Terrible!!! In response to G&G's comment - I do not have anything against your company and my review is a reflection of my interaction with your team. I do not rate having to call several times, being dismissed and rudely spoken to as great customer service, not to talk of having to wait 4 weeks (without feedback) for quotes to purchase fence panels from you and then made to feel like you have done me a favour. My review stands.
