My phone could not be saved after water damage, it cost 10. The mail address as well as the mobile phone number provided by mymobile darmstadt didn't work and I received no call that the repair attempt was done.

This store is the worst repair store in Darmstadt. Every other repair store knows this store. If you repair your phone here once, you cannot sell your phone in Darmstadt anymore. Repair your cell phone yourself and save the money for the bad quality!

I accidentally stripped the screws holding my cpu cooler on my laptop. This shop was the only one that was willing and capable of replacing those screws for a reasonable price without damaging anything. Also the used laptops there are sold for a more reasonable price
