Absolute disgrace ! Took them 8 months to let me know that I wasn't entitled for a repayment . Mind you I had to do their job to figure out how to get hold of the information. So if I wasn't proactive of still be waiting . I wouldn't trust my pension funds with them so will be transfering for sure .

Have had the misfortune of having to deal with them over the past 15 years and still my pension is wrong! They are absolutely useless and their operatives have a very unfortunate manner.

Trying to transfer in pensions from other providers is an utterly ridiculous experience. They don't do third party paperwork, other providers don't do third party paperwork. No one wants to do anyone elses paperwork and here I am in the middle spending a considerable amount of my time going backwards and forwards between providers to get any kind of sensible answer. I'm absolutely demented with it all. No wonder you get 12 months to sort it out. It's taken me about 6 months just to get any form of answer and I'm still not even sure it's correct. I'll wait and see but I'm not hopeful.
Took pension from my pay without asking took over a year to claim it back. Same thing again this year two months pay wonder how long I will have to wait to get it back??
