Although any type of surgery is traumatic, when it's the thing that sits in the middle of your face it's important you get it right. Mr Lowe is professional and dealt with any issues or questions very promptly. We had a few issues with my private insurance but we got their in the end. Feranza is also diligent and professional and left nothing to guess work. After only a week I was sleeping better, breathing better and recovering fast. 12 days and my bruises have just about gone but still a little swollen. I'd been putting off getting this surgery for ages but I'm really glad I persisted and that I was able to be seen by a local surgeon and hospital. I would definitely recommend Mr Lowe and the Nuffield centre in Norton. Even the food (what I could eat) was good standard and the staff make you feel really at ease.

Just called for information about rhinoplasty and the lady on the phone wasn't sounding at all professional and didn't know what she was talking about!! I asked for a price which she gave me one price full stop. I then asked do you do a consultation she said yea i think we do a like a ten minute construction i think just before the procedure!!! I then asked do you not actually work for this clinic and she said yea i do but hang on a min at which point i said you don't sound like you know what your talking about so this clinic is not for me!! Wowzers!!! Talk about shocking

I called Dr Lowes office to see if I was able to book in and get a second opinion after going through the NHS and not getting a result that improved my circumstances. Dr Lowe personally called me to discuss my history and also took the time to review my scans. He was able to advise me on the best course of action and agreed to see me through the NHS (I don't have private health insurance) if I could persuade my doctor to re refer me to ENT. My Doctor was happy to refer me and when I called to advise Dr Lowes PA of this she ensured that my appointment was with him and not another doctor in his clinic. This saved me the cost of a private appointment and for me speaks volumes about the reason Dr Lowe practices which I believe is a genuine want to help people, which in this day and age is a rare thing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Lowe and his team.
