Be warned if you book a car online you have to pick it up at the exact moment it is booked you cannot arrive even 30min before as they will turn you away! Also tried to cancel the booking and go elsewhere but you can't cancel 48hrs before.
Fuming! a reservation was made for an SUV type vehicle through Motability / RSA as a replacement for our disabled car going to workshop for repairs...was originally informed hire car would be delivered between 10-11am, it didn't turn up...called the branch, was told to call central reservations, whom passed the buck back to branch; when calling again was told the booked car would be delivered between 1-2pm, 2.45pm car still didn't turn up; called branch again for explanation, was told by person answering phone that a voicemail was left (nothing any phone I have access to) at 7.15am this morning and a response was required within 1 hour with relevant info in this alleged message to honour the reservation...I've never heard of this before from this company or any other hire car firm! An official complaint about this is being reported to RSA & Motability forthwith
