I have always liked this shop as they do indeed sell lovely things. However upon wanting to exchange the faulty earrings I bought (not a major fault but the hinge on one of the hoops did not line up with the eye leaving me unable to properly close it) I was met with an attitude which implied I was pretending to find faults with something that was in fact fine, with the sole purpose of creating problems and squandering profit for a small business during covid-stricken times... The woman, whom I can only assume was the shop owner, then proceeded to call me a horrible woman and a b# and yelled at me to get out of her shop. This has never happened to me before and I left feeling gob-smacked and upset. Needless to say I am not going back.

I love this shop, the selection of clothes is perfect. I'm always wearing something that I bought there. It's also good for gifts and cards.
Wonderful little shop with unique things for the home and surprisingly good menswear! My friend has adopted this store for his wardrobe and I swear everything nice I see him I seems to come from here. Highly recommended.
Absolutely wonderful shop. We bought few things for our house and some really good quality clothing too from Darling&Gold and none disappoint. Great shop, beautiful stuff to buy and lovely Custumer service. Exactly what you need and expect from your local shop!!
Emailed them regarding a quality issue with a shirt I'd bought only to be told they would not offer any exchange or refund. Left negative feedback on their Facebook page which resulted in them calling me a liar and a bully, insulting my intelligence, and personally attacking me as a bad person. Completely unpleasant and unprofessional.
