Very straightforward to set a trade account up. All staff are friendly and helpful. After being an account holder for around 5 years, I have always found delivery of materials to be prompt. Competitive rates on all items and if they don't have something you want, they will do their best to get it for you next day. Chris @Timbrell Construction

Honestly one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had! Picking each order as I spoke after telling them I needed multiple similar items! Very time consuming! I check my items to discover that some where missing? When I questioned, the reply was... Oh, Yeah we will have to refund you for them! Absolutely shocking and bloody expensive! Avoid!
