Many thanks to Bill for your help on arranging my mums funeral. We were not sure what to expect with all the restrictions in place, but you made sure we had everything we wanted for Mum. We can not fault you or your staff for the help and support you all showed us.

I called into your Wallsend branch when my Mum sadly passed away recently. From walking through the doors I was met with professionalism, kindness and compassion. The complete service I was given from start to finish was absolutely fantastic. Heather who I first spoke to went out of her way to put me at ease. Suzanne who arranged the funeral did this at my pace and went out of her way to ensure everything was as I wanted it. Bill the Funeral Director carried out my Mums wishes to the last. I was and am totally happy and could not be happier with the service you provided I will 100% recommend you. The finishing touch was the personalised memory box given to me which I believe Suzanne had made this. Thank you again for everything.X

Nothing was too much trouble and staff were both friendly and professional . Mr Bremner talked us through every step and his choice of celebrant, Mr Brown, was perfect.
