Ken & his folks are a glowing example of everything a business should be. They are knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, extremely professional, incredibly good at their job, reliable and excellent value for money. It is always an absolute delight to deal with them. I could not commend them more highly.

These guys are excellent, they are prompt, knowledgeable and don't recommend expensive repairs or replacements until they've tested the machines. They are also very respectful of Covid safety precautions whilst in the home.

Had a visit from Nathan, when the element went in my oven, Nathan turned up at such short notice and diagnosed the problem within minutes! He returned just thirty minutes later with the replacement part and fitted it within 15 minutes!! I cannot fault Nathan's service at all! Such a happy, friendly and knowledgeable engineer! And the price was also fantastic! Thank you so much Nathan! Would highly recommend!
