Debbie Hefling

This rating has NOTHING to do with Dr Jennifer Allen. She is knowledgeable and is great to have has a physician!! My issue is their phone system!! I called 45 times today and kept getting a recording that they were busy and to call back!!!! No way to leave a message. I had blood work over a week ago and not one word about the results and no way to reach the office to get them. At least with the VA, I can look online or can email my doctor for the results. It is too bad their office is ran like this because Dr Allen is amazing!!
