I’ve ordered from Daniel twice now and both times I have received a fabulous service. Wood is very reasonable priced, good quality and burns well. With the bonus of being delivered at no extra charge. The initial enquiry to delivery is also very quick. Great to support a well deserved local business too!

I have bought firewood from Dan for a couple of years now and would not use any other supplier. The firewood has always been well seasoned to ensure a good burn / heat output and I have done some local research and found he is not as expensive as other suppliers. Always has a friendly chat when he delivers the logs to our house. 5 stars!

Really disappointed. Would not recommend and definitely won’t use again. The wood I received didn’t seem to be well seasoned (we’ve recently moved and had a burner in our old house so am familiar with wood burning), and the fires we were getting were not satisfactory. I therefore got in touch to request swapping the remaining wood if there was drier available – only got a response after several days when they believed we hadn’t paid, when in actual fact we had (many days prior) and obviously confirmed it with them (providing our date and reference used). I then asked if they could confirm our payment as we were concerned our money hadn’t reached them, but haven’t yet had an answer. I’ve just given up and am having to chop every log up into smaller pieces to get a decent fire. Update: a full refund has since been offered which was very much appreciated.

Having moved to Herefordshire three years ago , Dan has supplied us with dry logs of great quality each winter. Service is excellent. Response to orders is quick. He delivers to a spot close to my woodshed (THis counts for something to the retired). He came highly recommended to us and I am pleased to supply this recommendation

I have had wood delivered from Dan since 2016, and always of great quality. Responds very quickly via WhatsApp, and at short notice when wood supplies are really needed. Highly recommend.
