FIrst class experience all round. Pre-sales service was superb. Daniel always responded to questions promptly with full and complete answers. I requested a walkaround video of the car and got a 5 minute video showing every inch of the car in detail the very next morning. It was a 600 mile round trip to collect the car, but boy was it worth it. The car was immaculate and exactly as Daniel had descirbed. Test drive was fantastic, taking in stunning views of the coast. Post sales is where Daniel really shines. There was an issue with the gearbox which became apparant over the first few days of driving. Daniel couldnt do enough for me to get this issue resolved with the warranty company. He basically took ownership of everything, organised the garage, a courtesy car and chased everything with the warranty company. Daniel is a very rare breed of car trader, one that is trust worthy with his first priority being customer satisfacation. He will be my first port of call for my next car purchase.

VW Golf Gti Edition 35 \Excellent\ Best used car buying experience in many years. The car was very well presented and we felt under no pressure at all and were left alone to look at the car in well-lite clean undercover showroom. Daniel was at hand to answer any questions we had regarding the car and gave us his undivided attention. Gemma also gave us very good test drive of the car as well. The whole experience from phoning to book a time to view the car, and taking delivery at a time that suited us made the whole experience first class
Just purchased a BMW 335i convertible from Daniel. All the way through the process he was fantastic. Kept me up to date with everything as the car had to be transported from Scotland. I couldn't recommend enough. Very professional and the car is in excellent condition exactly as was stated in the add. When the car arrived with him he sent plenty of pics and a walk around video. Buying my first car was incredibly easy and no questions were silly, I was given so much support with the turnaround being incredibly quick and tailored to my needs on timings etc. The car was immaculate with condition and parts replaced for minor reasons.
