Daniel Cobb Westminster Estate Agents

We recently started a tenancy with Daniel Cobb, and dealt primarily with Huw Howell-Pryce. We had a great experience, even though we were moving during the lockdown. Huw was very responsive, really friendly and super helpful throughout the process, even though it wasn't the most traditional move. Great apartment, great service. Thank you!

I have just started a new Tenancy in Westminster - and Danial Cobb are the agents. Huw was fantastic in terms of getting the tenancy arranged. He was amazingly responsive and just a joy to deal with. Once the process had been started Salome was incredibly helpful and efficient. It was such a pleasure to deal with Danial Cobb's Westminster branch again ... and after 10 years they have only got better. The systems and process are extraordinarily efficient, and the team kept me up to date at every step. The whole process has actually been a pleasure - and I am not sure I have ever been able to say that about finding and moving into a flat. Having been looking for a flat for a month and had to deal with assorted agents who really didn't seem to care that much about what they were doing it has been a real joy to be dealing with people who genuinely take a pride in doing a good job, and care about your experience as a customer.

I was very pleased with Daniel Cobb service. Huw made it easy for me in a difficult time for letting properties. He is communicative with clients, responsive, professional. My property is secured with a good tenant now. Thank you Huw.

Then they have not told me earlier that the flat need some maintenance works ( heating was an issue) There's has been some sort of issue with the property and the agent is not able to sort that out. Initial impressions are bad. Let's see ....
