In the run up to Christmas, I contacted DCJ to request a bespoke eternity ring. I dealt with Daniel and Jessica, who both were extremely helpful, and at quite short notice, produced a beautiful eternity ring for my wife. It fits the finger perfectly (being a previous customer, DCJ were able to cross reference with their records and tell me my wife's finger size), and is perfectly compatible with the engagement/wedding rings (they're not standard round bands). Transaction was done completely over email, and couldn't have been simpler. I was happy with the price also.

Daniel is superb! I was struggling to decide on the detail of a diamond pendant for my wife's 50th birthday (and being close to Christmas was told by many big chain jewelers that I had left it too late to arrive by early January). Daniel gave me sound advice, he was sensitive to my budget and the pendant arrived at my house before Christmas. For the first time in years I was ahead of the game in terms of my wife's birthday. The fact that I felt comfortable about spending such a large sum of money (I am a stereotypical Yorkshireman!) really does say a lot about the whole experience. My wife was thrilled (and somewhat surprised). Huge thanks!!
