Arrived at Dancezie a little unsure of what I was after, however they were incredibly patient and eventually helped me find some perfect costumes and shoes for our show! Highly recommend! Great service!

Good selection of footwear although premium added, ok service, member of local arts company however discount not available on shoes just on their branded merchandise which should surely be discounted anyway as only members would purchase it.
I bought 2 pairs of dance tights for my daughter for a show she was in. I asked for a specific colour and was sold the tights, with the shop assistant assuring me they were the right shade although the packaging said differently. The tights turned out to be the wrong colour so today tried to return them within the 14 days specified, to get a refund. The tights had clearly been unopened with the seal still intact. I was told there was a no refund policy on tights for hygiene reasons. I argued that they had not been opened but the woman insisted I couldn't have my money back saying \ Marks and Spencer wouldn't give you a refund\ At no time when I purchased the tights was I told I couldn't bring them back and they were by no means cheap. Out of interest, I have just phoned Marks and Spencer who confirmed they do have some exclusions with underwear but they said they would be more than happy to refund tights if the pack hadn't been opened. Disgusted by the service in this shop and most definitely won't recommend it to anyone.
Dissapointed... My son wanted to check on ballet shoes so we went to this shop. (Bought many things before). The young employee said the boys don't wear pointe shoes which left my son a bit sad. After that we said that we are not going to buy them today, we were just checking and they looked at us in a disgusted face and said most of the people come to buy not to check. Not very friendly.
Wow. Possibly the worst customer service I've ever received. Unfriendly, elitist, reduced me to tears. Refused to show me anything but the most expensive tap shoe. I'm new to tap and probably therefore not the standard customer they expect... very disappointed.
