Normally have a good experience here, but I wasn't impressed with the new COVID protocols. I was not allowed to use a toilet, despite having driven 45 minutes to get there and having to drive on. All the chairs in the waiting area have also been removed apart from one. I am a youngish person and can cope, but I didn't think either of these changes were very supportive to the elderly.
Polite and efficient staff. Only waited a very short while, inside despite COVID as we were the only ones there. Check up completed quickly and smoothly and receptionist dealt promptly with payment and booking for next visit.
Please can you clarify why my family member was told you are only allowed to be an NHS patient for 2 years ? Didn't know there was a limit ? Was seen within the last 24 months and now been told cant be seen as an NHS patient. Was told to email ........Please clarify does the NHS now have a time limit
On time, considerate and efficient. Just had the follow up still great service
