Underwhelmed by experience for a couple of reasons. Firstly I think declaring your 48 call out fee upfront would be more transparent. Secondly given the issues we were experiencing and the invasive nature of rewiring I would have liked you to have at least suggested the option of trying to boost the signal. This was the solution we used in the end and has fixed the problem without the significant cost and damage that your suggested rewire would have caused.
Used this company several times now and they’ve never let us down. Turn up when they say they will, fix the problem or as when we first got them in, set up from new. They wired all our telly stuff up in new extension to aerial, set all channels (were not on sky. Tricky area mid woods and high trees) Very friendly and polite and reasonably priced for a job well done. Getting them to look at security CCTV for us next. Highly recommend!
Wayne and his Dad came round to quote for a new aerial, and were very professional and personable. When they arrived, we were just waiting for another storm to bite, but regardless of the horrible weather, they got on with the job without a complaint. While they were working both inside and outside the house, they talked knowledgeably around the subject of their profession and other complimentary subjects in the world of AV entertainment. They were quick, professional and competent and left us with a fully operational and tuned TV system, and all for a remarkably reasonable price. Unfortunately, about 3 weeks later, we found that we had lost all signal, and at around 10pm I sent an email. Wayne responded at 6:30am the following day, and by lunchtime had come out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it! Great service and great guys.
EDIT - If I could give 6 stars I would. We had Wayne's dad round again, this time to sort out all our cables, remove unused ones and refix flapping ones back to the roof / walls (which was due to a poor job by previous owners / someone else). Not only does it all look super tidy now, Wayne's dad also cleared out a bit of the gutter whilst he was up on his ladders and sorted out our bathroom extractor fan vent which was missing. He's a real star and went above and beyond. I can't recommend these guys enough. 1st VISIT: Thank you so much - after being unable to receive many channels and others distorted after moving into our new home, Dalton Aerials have fixed it - we now have more channels than we knew existed and all the HD channels too! Friendly and professional local service at its best!
