Prefer to go here than to the co-op or Tesco to get essential bits and pieces, especially at the moment. They are licenced to sell a range of co-op brand products and in some cases have items not sold in the Dalston co-op. Being a local independent shop it is a bit more expensive sometimes but I would rather shop local. They also have locally produced sourdough bread, vegan food and cleaning products and so much more.

I love this store, super friendly stuff and a lot of nice products that you can't really find everywhere (such as italian biscuits, rare beers...)
Recently it's been refurbished under the new ownership, it's well lit, clean and has everything and anything you might need. A lot of organic and vegan products. Staff are corteous.
A lot of the items in this shop are very expensive. They even sell items from Co-Op... but more expensive. With all these high prices, you would think the woman cashier would smile a bit more when taking your money. Clearly not!
I would definitely recommend to all my friends...did a very nice job
