I had been to this clinic with my previous pregnancy 5 years ago. i just found out i was pregnant so i made an appt showed up paid my fees just to get to the back and the rude nurse get my information, never checked my BP only asked for my weight and previous pregnancy history. at this point she had my weight and height then proceeds to tell me that i am considered a \High risk\ pregnancy due to my BMI and nothing could be done today they then gave me information on the clinic across the street who handles high risk. I gave them a call and she proceeds to tell me she was UNAWARE of this new guideline as calm as i could be i asked to schedule and appt and she advised that they do not see patients until 10-12 weeks and that your first appt would be with the financial dept THEN they will make an appt to check on the baby. What horrible service i felt embarrassed and discriminated! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK EVER AGAIN NOR WILL I RECCOMEND

I LOVE THIS PLACE AFTER 2 years of trying to get pregnant within 3 weeks after seeing a doctor here I got pregnant. This place really cares about women and they are so helpful and the staff are so professional and kind. I’d recommend this place to any woman with fertility issues or TTC.
1st appointment took my copay and two urine samples after that they forgot about me for 2hrs went to ask front desk and she said that is it after I was told I was going to get a sonogram, she didn’t know nothing about. She tell me all done schedules me an appointment. I leave they call me that they got my chart mixed up if I can go back for a sonogram and for the doctor to check me because she didn’t even do that. Ah no thank you!
Amazing place, I was iffy at first seeing all the reviews but the staff is very friendly and welcoming they’ve always made sure I was good. The wait is a little long buuuuttt I thinks it’s just because of the area they’re in. They have a heavy work load so I understand and don’t mind waiting. My doctor is amazing too super nice & always has a cheerful upbeat attitude. This was my first pregnancy so I was super scared and nervous about it all! She made me feel super comfortable, reassured me, and answered all my questions. Dr. Khandaker is seriously the sweetest. If I ever get pregsies again I’ll most deff come back just for her.
Do NOT come here. Second time they make me come two days in a row because their staff did not inform someone about a test needed. If you want a clinic that actually takes care of you this ones not it.
