Service department gets “0” stars. I came in just for an oil change and alignment because this was a convenient location and found out I had a minor leak. There is no way to make appointments as they don’t take them, they DO NOT provide loaners (definitely won’t tell you up front), DO provide rentals but NEVER have any and can’t tell you when they can expect one. I understand repairs take time as well as verification process for warranty, but they couldn’t even give an estimate on how many days I would be without car. They diagnosed and quoted me a 1400 price without even asking if I had a warranty and couldn’t look it up. Other dealership had to send warranty info and they had me make another trip there for pictures all while expecting me to leave with no other means of transportation. They knew my vehicle was leaking and didn’t even have me sign over liability to take my vehicle with me when they were waiting on warranty approval. Anything could have happened while I was waiting without repair and had to keep driving there. The dealership with whom I purchased from did set up loaner, found warranty on dealer connect no prob, gave me a ball park estimate of time and were ready to meet my needs at my convenience with no problem or hassle. Def don’t recommend wasting time here, because I promise you are not a priority and they don’t care about your inconvenience!

Elvis was a big help! What stood out the most was his initiative and responsiveness. He took initiative to update me on the progress of my Jeep and made himself very available to answer questions. My Wrangler needed some serious maintenance after 170,000 miles. I was torn between trading in to buy a new Wrangler or spending the money to maintain mine. I chose to hold on to mine, but to make it feel new. (Compromise!) Elvis ensured I'd get the maintenance I needed and helped me select a solid package for the upgrade as well. I took my Jeep Wrangler here today for a check engine code.... and finally an honest dealership.. it was a hose that was disconnected and was no charge... thank you for being honest and you now have a customer for life and I will highly recommend this dealership to all of my Jeep buddies!!! PS... TJ is the BEST advisor...

Great dealer to work with when getting a vehicle had no issues there. Since I have refinanced my vehicle and have been trying to cancel my gap insurance but no assistance there. I have called and left messages w the finance department since I always get sent to voicemail and no one has called me back about this, also I have messaged in I was told they would look into and the finance department would reach out to me, only a salesman reached out to me about getting a new vehicle. All I want is to cancel my gap insurance, clearly they only care about helping customers when It comes to making money. If it weren’t for this issue it would be a 5 star review.

I am so pleased with the new management/ownership! It’s like a whole new place! The people are very nice & super helpful! I drove away in the exact car I wanted, a Jeep Grand Cherokee. The deal they made me blew us away! You owe it to yourself to check this dealership out if you haven’t been there recently. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. We are so happy!!! I must add that I purchased this car when it was Metroplex Dodge Jeep Ram who was the new management/ownership at that time. I do not know anything about them as Uptown.
