I’ve had a business here for a little over a year. It’s a great place and amazing atmosphere for independent businesses. I decided to move on the property for the convenience of being close to work. Being here 24:7 has been great. The staff is very accommodating and always have such positive attitudes. Especially during these times of difficulty they have made me feel like everything is going to be okay. It’s great to know through all the financial stress they are compassionate to our situation. I’ll never move.

Trinity Loft is fantastic! I moved my Business here about one year ago. The building has a beautiful modern flare and is well maintained. The support staff are always very helpful. Shameka, the manager has been a delight to work with. I also have an appartment here and it's amazingly quite, comfortable and feels like home. The atrium and rooftop lounges are FABULOUS!
They have had the gym, community areas, and the roof top closed for months (since March). Talking with other residents, several of us are upset because it seems like they are ignoring the fact we pay for these to be open. They should give us a break on our monthly rent or open the amenities. keep in mind apartments nearby have had all of their amenities open for at least 2 months and gyms are open as long as guests wear a mask.
Came in to take a tour because we saw it online and fell in love but when we went in to take a tour we decided otherwise. We noticed that the lady in the office was on the phone so we sat on the couch to wait. After about 5 minutes, we noticed that she was on the phone going over her spring break plans. Another lady came out of the office and walked right passed us. Didn’t acknowledge us at all. Terrible customer service!
I work around the corner from Trinity Lofts and was interested as my lease was coming up at my current location. I called and Stacey Alexander was so sweet and helpful over the phone. Walked in Friday and she made me feel so welcome and took the time to address any and all questions I had. I am beyond pleased by the professionalism from Shameka Small and Stacey as they made my experience so smooth and am ready to sign! Beautiful views from the rooftop as well! Location is prime, but the staff made it feel like a home!
