Recently, I had to relocate from Australia to Dallas, I visited over 14 different apartment units, but during my search I found the Icon at Ross. What stands out to me is the unit spaces, price, and staff. The office staff is fantastic, and willing to work with you in every way possible. Gabby, Janai, and their team are great exceptional and will go out of their way to help you.

This place had potential before they refused to address the constant car horn alarm honking in their parking garage. If you value your sleep or are working from home, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The front office has been notified continuously for the 5 months this has been an issue and nothing has been done. The front office was unsympathetic to this issue and at even times rude of us reminding them. The car alarm continues to go off every hour all day and night.
I was visiting a friend who lives there and they had nothing but nice things to say! These units are cozy. They have a nice gym and game room and a lot of other amenities! Check them out!
My experience has been great here! Some of the staff members are new and everyone has been more than welcoming. Everyone that I've dealt with in the office has been very professional and helpful as it pertains to property information, maintenance, etc.
