This review is mostly targeted towards one individual, Harry who is one of the incredible maintenance personnel at The Arts. With the recent snow storm that took over Texas in Feb of 2021, Harry went above and beyond to ensure us tenants were safe and taken care of. Every morning at around 7am, Harry was out in the blistering cold clearing and treating the sidewalks for us so we could walk around if we needed to without slipping and falling on ice. When I stopped to talk to him one morning, he said he was more than happy to do this to ensure we could get around the building if we needed to, safely! He also worked to quickly repair a broken pipe in the leasing office so that we could regain water as quickly as possible during the winter storm. He is very friendly, extremely helpful and such a great asset to the team at The Arts! He cares about the residents and it shows! Thank you, Harry! You are amazing!

I've been living at The Arts for about 6 months now, and I couldn't be happier. I immediately called The Arts to see if I could go tour the location, because it was convenient to downtown and my job and was told yes.To my surprise, I was greeted by the most friendliest and bubbliest Leasing Agent, Kody. He was so attentive, listened to my needs and wants, and provided the BEST service I've ever had in the 6 years I've been renting. He was wonderful! Although the amenities are great, Kody convinced me to move in immediately after his warm welcoming smile. I love living here! The entire staff at The Arts is fantastic, and they love my Siberian Husky! Thank you, Arts Family! Also, any issues I've had, big or small, it gets fixed immediately. You won't regret living here; it's a great community!
Great experience living in the community. I was there for 15 months and I never had any major issue and the staff were always helpful and sweet. Great pricing for that location and facilities. I only moved out because I bought a house.
