I’ve lived in Dallas for over 8 years now; and have moved each year. This has given me a chance to tour numerous properties and deal with numerous leasing agents and staffing. I must say Hanan (leasing agent) was phenomenal during my initial tour last year; and was ultimately the reason I chose to live at The 23. The property is well priced and attractive in design and amenities. If you’re looking for a place with great staffing, amenities; and pricing The 23 is the place to be!

This property is simply incredible! The amenities and friendly staff really set them apart from the other properties in Victory park. The pool, gym, apartment interior and property events bring that aspect of community that most apartments are lacking. I look forward to spending evenings by the pool reading taking in the downtown skyline. No place compares. I'm thankful to live here.
