I am really upset with the lack of service from this company. I’ve lost so much money and time with their machines and even more time calling to get help and receiving NO communication even though I was told someone will get back to me within 24HRS. It is day two and even though I called again I have YET to hear anything from anyone! I refuse to spend another dime here and I advice you NOT DO BUSINESS with these crooks!

The good: - Machines were delivered on time. - Process went smoothly. The bad: - They didn't set up the Payrange modules correctly--which have a very very simple setup. - Lack of communication at times, especially after receiving payment. - No response regarding the setup error described above.
