I had a very good experience with this company, and particularly the agent who was over my account Ms.Brandy. She was very nice , polite, knowledgeable, and patient. Falling behind a time or two I was always able to pick up where I left off with no judgement and a genuine concern to help me get the issue resolved. Thanks southwest and thanks Ms.Brandi !!!

I found myself in a debt trap and ready to give up. I answered the call and they came up with a reasonable payment plan for my unique situation. They were sensitive and after I was done paying off what I thought was impossible it was removed off my Credit and lifted off my shoulders!! Finally!! It feels good. Thanks guys!!!

Did not appreciate their voicemail for a collections that has NOTHING to do with me. My husband and I get a message to call Erin back regarding a personal business matter that is time sensitive and important or have our Power of Attorney call. I didn't even know what SRS was. I understand your need to collect from those that owe you and to call references. But if you are going to call me, please say you are from Southwest Recovery Services (not SRS) and advise me who you are calling about. I don't appreciate scare tactics and I want to know exactly who I am calling back and what it is in regards to. I have asked Erin to NOT contact me or my husband again since we are unable to help him.

I don't often review businesses but I do feel obligated to share my experience with Southwest Recovery, especially during these times when businesses are suffering across all industries. The specialist I dealt with, Brandi, was very professional and direct, but extremely helpful, caring and considerate. She clearly knows what she's doing in her position and I felt as if she went above and beyond what was necessary or required of her in order to help me resolve an issue quickly, as time was not on my side, and with the best outcome for me. She was persistent, efficient, and matter of fact with her communication, which I appreciate. Without Southwest's business practices as well as Brandi's assistance and expertise in her field, I'm afraid I would have had a hit to my credit which I've worked so hard to improve over the years. So, thank you to Southwest and Brandi. Happy Holidays.
