Manager did not wear a mask. Had a tongue ring and it was gross to see. He needed a mask. Was rude to a customer who had a question. Was talking on the phone while preparing food. Was very unprofessional.

The chicken was ok. The reason I gave 2 stars instead of 3 was I had to wait 15 min for everything. I asked for spicy they said 15 min I asked for regular they said 15 min. I asked if anything was ready they said no. I was there at dinner time and all 5 people in the restaurant were waiting for something. I’ll pass on the “fast” food next time.
Wish they were nicer here. I don’t like leaving bad reviews at all and food is great! Just service is really bad. Very rude young lady there.
This Location on Ross Ave. I Consider the best in Town . Excellent Service , Fresh & Tasty Food Item's. I just totally Enjoyed my Food on a Sunday morning. This young Man who brought my Order to the Car has been very Kind and Professional. 1st I stopped @ the Location on Continental Ave. Supposed to be Open @ 10 am and this Place was still closed and this was NOT the 1st Time I had this issue . I Guess they Open whenever...
They were very busy but very nice at lunch rush. I appreciated the effort to satisfy the wishes of every patron.
