This health plan really cares about our community and helping members get the care they need. Not only can a member go to Parkland Hospital, but PCHP has a great network of other doctors and hospitals.

The lady Arlette doesn’t help people at all. She says it’s not her problem if you get denied or don’t feel well. And to apply for marketplace insurance in November \u200d️

They have absolutely the worst customer service for member services as well as provider services. Your turn around time should not be 3-4 weeks to respond.

Literally JUST called because Medicaid assistance transferred me over and the lady working there NOW 07/06/20 just hung up in my face and needs to be fired. Ridiculous
