I volunteer and I have three routes which totals over 8 miles of road. Wendy used to be over the Adopt a Highway Program but she retired and the new lady was rude in March when I called to have them pick up the trash bags along the highway. Then I called last Friday to get supplies. Again, she was very rude and keep in mind that I'm cleaning over 8 miles of highway for FREE. I was supposed to pick up the supplies yesterday but wasn't able to make it so I had to go today. I put the mask on and went in and here she was again rude as can be. I refuse to deal with this woman anymore. Wendy was great but this lady needs to buy herself a personality. I'm going over her head and complain but I will no longer be cleaning these roads if she is who I have to deal with.
