Worse place ever. Very unorganized, the staff & doctors are very rude. My appointment was at 9:30 arrived 15 minutes early. After checking in she told me my appt was 9;45. I sat and waited people who came in after me was being seen before me. Waited 45 minutes just to go back to window to be told Doctors came late to his job and is behind. I was told it was gonna be another hour to even get my surgery I specifically scheduled appointment. I will never go to the LBJ freeway location. These people blew my phone up all week for me not to even be seen as the doctor was late to his job. Also asked for corporate number and was directed to business cards that provided no help. DO NOT GO TO ANY LOCATIONS

My wife was referred here under legal consultation to review MRI results with a \surgeon\. An individual not listed on the company website was the treating \doctor\ and spent a grand total of 8 minutes with her. My wife is a health nut and extremely healthy. She happens to have an injury and needed a detailed explanation of the next steps and recommendations from a medical professional. The doctor told her 3 time to Google the operation and provided no explanation of what the procedure entailed, risk rates, success rate, failure rate, or patient testimony to support his recommendation. When my wife requested a success rate she was told \it's very good\ which is hardly sufficient for a life changing operation with a moderate amount of risk. When she requested additional information regarding the procedure a torn piece of paper was provided with 7 words was provided. 7 words for a surgical operation that is life changing and inhibits many aspects of life. (I've attached the photo including the Momentum Spine logo illustrating the truth of this horrifying event). They should be turned in to the Better Business Bureau.

Dr Clavo was working in Arlington and his reviews were terrible. We had the misfortune of meeting him at that office and he is full of attitude and not helpful. We would never return. After leaving we decided to look at his history and found that he was found guilty of Medicare fraud in Georgia. He performed procedures that were not necessary and if he didn't get authorization for a procedure he performed one that didn't need prior authorization. If the patient didn't get injections they wouldn't get their prescriptions. Him and his wife owned the pharmacy where all medications were filled at and they owned the surgery center. 2 people working in the office filed a False Claim act against him and he had to file bankruptcy. He was ordered to pay almost 500,000 to the government for all the claims he filed and was paid for. Take a moment to google his name in Georgia. It's all public record. I went a step further and got the court case and read testimony from the NP that suffered through her employment where she was forced to sign off on procedures she knew were not necessary. She was verbally abused daily. This is Dr Clavo's character and you can't change that. This is a character flaw, moral issue. Dr should never cross this line but if they do it is impossible to come back from it. I suspect he just gets fired from place and move to the next one. We will see how long he last at this one. Patient beware!!!

Fantastic clinic that really helped me with the pain from a disc herniation between L4 & L5 after an accident. Great friendly staff and fast service. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who is injured. Added a pic of what the building looks like since I had a little trouble finding it in the complex it is in.

My experience at Momentum has been phenomenal! Everyone whom I encountered during this entire process proved to be well deserving of my praise and gratitude. Aaron was my driver and provided superior customer service and his driving was awesome. I felt I was in safe hands and he was friendly. Jason...this guy’s sense of humor is memorable; yet he’s professional and I wish him all success in his future endeavors. Lori was great! She put me to sleep. Cynthia was by my side and greeted me with a smile when I awoke. I appreciate the staff so much and I would highly recommend Momentum for a lumbar steroid injection.
