They broke my mold while removing my windshield. I told them it was not secure when they put it back on. The installer was very unprofessional. He said it will be okay and added more glue. Last week it blew off my car while I was on the freeway. I thank God that no one was hurt or in an accident due to mold not being installed properly. I called and spoke with Todd and Dennis and they refused to help me due to it being past the 1 year warranty. This does not seem fair because my car was 6 years old with no damage to my mold before he broke it. Why should it only last 2 years and just blow off. Needless to say he yelled at me on the phone and said it was my fault that the mold blew off? He also told me he would sue me if I put a review about his company online. Its called freedom of speech and the truth. I suggest you read reviews and investigate this company before you decide to do business with this company. They are very unprofessional and I am not satisfied with the quality work they performed on my vehicle. I guess this is why they are not in the network of my insurance company. This was a hard lesson I had to learn about this company. Be careful who you choose to replace your windshield and check the quality of product and customer service before you hire them.

Do Not deal with Mighty Auto Glass, 4722 Maple Ave, Dallas..also DBA Auto Glass Pros, Frisco Expect a scam from these guys. Do Not give them any money upfront! Do Not let them make a claim for you with your auto insurance co. I made the mistake of giving them 100 upfront. The first appointment they called to say they were overbooked..the second appointment they called to say the new windshield had a scratch in it-yeah right..and the 3rd appointment 2 days later-no one showed up or called. After reading bad reviews I cancelled any work with them. Its been over 2 months now and my 100 has not been returned. I will have to go to small claims court for that but save yourself the hassle and do Not deal with these guys!!!
Never use this company, they give you the run around for days. Pay a little more and go with another company.
