Loft & Row has a great location - easy access to 75, 5-10 minutes from every major grocery store, near Target, Petsmart, West Village, E-bar, Jimmy's... at a reasonable price for a nice, relatively new 1 bedroom apartment. The living space is comfortable, the neighbors are nice, the management is friendly and responsive. Maintenance is excellent. Would definitely recommend to someone I know. We've had some minor issues here and there that have been quickly resolved - nothing unusual for a large apartment complex.

The complex is clean and comfortable again, management was quick to address the issues completely. ——————— Been here about a year and a half and have seen this place go downhill really fast. This used to be a clean and comfortable place but in the last 6 months this place has gotten gross. There is always dog poop everywhere, I’ve seen dead birds on the pathways multiple times, piles of vomit, and garbage littered all over the grounds. There has even been a raw turkey sitting against the fence for over 2 weeks. Even the hallways, which are supposed to be kept clear, have boxes and trash cans sitting outside of apartments for days, filling the hall with a terrible smell. All in all, it’s clear that the people who live here don’t care to pick up after themselves and management hasn’t stepped up to addressing the cleanliness issues.
WOULD PREFER TO GIVE 0 Stars. Would NOT recommend this apartment complex. Constant turnover with front office staff, front office staff NOT friendly. If you do speak with someone from the front office, most times they're from another property so they can't help resolve any issues. During my year and half at this complex I had a water leak underneath the bathroom sink and when I told the front office I was told that it wasn't a priority. When ordering packages it goes to a mail room which is nice EXCEPT the mail room is always down and not available. With Covid to speak with the front office you have to set an appointment which is fine, except when you set an appointment and show up to that appointment I saw an office staff member sitting in the office with the door locked and wouldn't answer. I was then told by the maintenance guy Juan that the front office staff doesn't work on Tuesday and that he had no way to contact them because he was too new but saw him walk into the office and talk to someone. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
Love my new community. The staff are friendly and polite. Each new neighbor I have encountered have also been friendly and the community is kept very clean.
