Really was expecting the worst from all the terrible reviews... to my total surprise, I was greeted, checked-in and processed by the most wonderful phlebotomist, Jasmine. She was so sweet throughout the visit, striking a great balance between doing her job and also being very friendly. Will 100% be going back to this location next time I need blood drawn thanks to Jasmine. What a great person!

I arrived at this location at 8:06 and the hours of operation start at 7:30 am. I asked the person that opened up if she could start taking people who had their orders ready while others checked in since most of the people waiting were headed to work including myself, she declined and shut the window on my face. Then I asked if she could assist the elderly to express check in and that is where I ticked her off and told me to stop opening her window. I wonder this place has terrible reviews. People like this have lost their sense of customer service and empathy.
