I would not recommend living here. I have lived at Knox Heights for 14 months and have lost power several times with very little communication about this from the management. With the recent snow storm, many people in the DFW area lost power. However, we have now been without power for \u003e72 hours and every other building surrounding Knox Heights has regained theirs. With this being said, we have received no update from the Knox Heights management regarding our situation.

As a new resident, my experience has been wonderful, staff is receptive and friendly. Marlyn always has an upbeat spirit and quick to solve any of our problems. There is genuine sense of community and it start with the warm/kind staff.
First of all this is not a luxury apartment building. The building was built on the cheap, from the appliances to the fake hardwood floors. Very noisy, it is basically a SMU dormitory. Management is non existent and the property is poorly kept. Dog urine in the elevators, trash in the hallways, trash in the common areas. Elevators are extremely slow and car break ins inside the garage. There are too many better places in the neighborhood to waste your time here.
This is hands down my favorite apartment home I've ever lived in. The location in Knox is wonderful with lots of great restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. My apartment unit has great natural light and an excellent finish out. The common areas are beautiful, and the fitness room has top-notch equipment. But the best part is the staff. They are quick to respond to every request, and they are the friendliest leasing office you'll find! I highly recommend you make this your next home!
Avoid this property! Any reviews prior to the last 6 months do not accurately represent the living experience at Know Heights. After new management took over, the place took a turn for the worse. KH used to be a great place to live, but not anymore. First, the power goes out at least one month, water shutoffs are common, dog feces and vomit in elevators are common (when the elevators are working), trash in the hallways, unkept pool area, and an unresponsive management. There are much higher quality places in the neighborhood. Its really sad the new management just doesn't care.
