Robert and the team are great to work with. Two weeks ago, I came in and they took a look at my car. The check engine light has been on for a while and they found it was an issue with the upstream O2 sensor. Today, I went back and they installed the new part quickly and efficiently. I was blown away by my experience at the shop; you can trust the people who work here. They're honest, they know cars really well, and they're good at explaining what's going on. If you're looking to get work done on your car, I would highly suggest going to Knapp Auto Repair.

Worst experience with an auto shop ever! Hello CarWash uses Knapp for their body shop repairs. Repair estimate was done in December 2020 and we are now in February 2021 and no repair has been done. Owner Robert never followed up in 2 months and no customer service when I showed in person 3 times to get a follow up, just a “what’s your number, I’ll give you a call later”. How hard can it be to get your hands on a top grill in Dallas TX haha wow! I guess it takes more than 2 months with Knapp. Good thing Hello CarWash is sending me to an actual body shop
I've always had trust issues when it came to auto repair shops but I finally found one that showed me different. I had a pleasant experience considering my circumstances and with the dreadful auto breakdown. Excellent customer service with reasonable cost. Very knowledgeable, professional and honest with their work.
I was having problems getting someone to adjust My headlights in Truck. I popped in there just to see if They could help. The Guy that met Me was super nice. Adjusted My light and got a new customer. I plan to take Truck in for wires/plugs in a couple of weeks. Jposton
I work here and payed well as an L2 master tech. Good service. If i was not a mechanic I'd be a customer here. Honest opinion. Owner Rob is a great guy.
