It wasn't the best time to visit (after a snow day), but it doesn't take away from the inspiration this monument brings forth. To stand where Zapruder filmed the tragic event and attempting to imagine the horror of those few moments is sobering to say the least. JFK was/is legendary figure. Side note: Super nice homeless gentleman guided me through the entire block, explaining everything that happened in great detail. I'm a historian, so I can confirm he knew his stuff, and I am blessed to have been able to reward him.

Nice place to visit if you come to Dallas And the most important thing remember the best American president ever
Very inspirational memorial , went there on a windy and cloudy day and it was amazing. The historic places and the court house of dallas were nice too. Highly recommended
Came here expecting more. For such a legacy of JFK, I expected something more elaborate. But once you go inside, it gets noticeably quiet. Definitely a somber place, but a simple memorial. A sign of the times back then I guess, so maybe it's fitting.
One of the few contiplative spaces downtown a person can sit, reflect, and relight to continue forward. Brutalist industrial design that haunts to this day.
