Jaylnn is the best she helped me out with all my questions but the guy he was nice at first but after I paid my bond he stop answering the phone to me ! Said that the runner was to take the bond in 30mins and 2 hours has past and nothing the jail still did not receive the bond and he stop answering my calls not even to give me an update I wish jaylnn didn’t leave for the day because this is very Unprofessional
I pay 375 because they promised that my friend will be out of jail, Later that night she was still not out, I called the guy that spoke to me and told him that she's still not out he said he was at home depot and he will give me a call when he gets out I never received a call so I tried to call his number and I'm blocked I used my sister's phone and surprisingly the call went through I sent a text message telling him I will want a refund I go through this whole big process arguing with them, They told me they were going to Keep 50 Because they already paid for her to bailed about out, I told them I would not responsible for any of their mistakes. I end up getting 350 back. But now they are saying my friend has a warrant out for her arrest because she doesn't have a bails bond ,but made her go in after she got released to go sign paperwork. I just tried to call and ask about the situation and right away the girl is rude to me on the phone. I told her how would she feel if she was in my situation and she was promised that her friend would be out and she wasn't and they ended up blocking me and trying to keep the money. This is a copy of my paperwork with them. They were very unprofessional we are still dealing with this!!
