I lived at Harvest Lofts for a year! It’s such an incredible location for the price. My boyfriend and I only moved because we wanted a larger apartment up north. The few cons I do have is that people do not take care of their dogs business and it often smelled very bad of dog poop. They also charge a lot to even have a pet. Also multiple cars to get broken into and not much had been done to add cameras or anything in the garages. Hopefully they are working on that! The major PRO was leasing agent Sam Elarby!! He always, always went above and beyond to take care of us, keep us updated and help with anything we would ever need. He sees you carrying in groceries?? He runs to open the door for you. Incredible guy and good staff. Maintenance is also super friendly. Overall a very good place to live with a great pool and farmers market location. Just expect some neglectful dog owners and some higher charges to own a pet.

I Love my Harvest Lofts, just wanted to say I Absolutely love my new apartment! I’ve been here for about 2 months and I love the location! My neighbors are awesome & I love the quietness. The pool area is so relaxing for hanging out when we have guest over! Axam is so sweet and, very attentive! He always helps me with everything I need or ask for. I feel so comfortable suggesting Harvest Lofts for any one that is looking for a new place in Dallas.
If you are moving to Dallas, this is the apartments for you!! I have been living here for three months so far and its been AMAZING. Sam, Axam, Lori and the rest of the staff at Harvest are the dream team you never knew you wanted. The apartments are cleaned often, security 24/7, and very nice amenities. The Farmer's Market is right downstairs which is such a convenience. It honestly feels like a little community. I love it so much, I'm staying another year! Seriously, you won't regret your stay.
Great experience at Harvest Lofts. I have been living here for almost two months now and I haven't had any problem. Work orders are resolved within 24 hours, staff is really nice. Axam and Sam are the best leasing agents you can meet in Dallas. Very accommodating and super friendly. Big gym and a huge dog park for my Ollie to run around and play with other dogs.
I love the property and living here. Staff is so friendly and they get problems resolved in a timely manner. Residents are so laid back and they say Hi when you meet them in the hallway unlike my old property in Uptown. I love the events they do at Harvest and The Farmers Market, it is a big plus that Harvest Lofts and the Dallas Farmers Market are the same company so I get discounts at the restaurants in the Market and Happy Hour drink prices at Green Door bar . I would recommend the apartments to anyone looking for a nice home with fun environment.
